What is happiness?

Well everyone really has to come up with their own definition of what happiness means for them.  But if you’re interested, here is mine:

Happiness is an inner state of being that is completely non-reliant on external circumstances.  It is a state of balance or harmony between the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of ourselves.  It is an attitude, an outlook, and a choice!

For me, happiness is something I work at proactively everyday.  Some people are born with a higher happiness quotient than others, but if you’ve always leaned towards the pessimistic side, you aren’t doomed to a life of unhappiness.  Unless you can’t be bothered to do anything about it!  (Read About Me for more on this if you like)

If you want to be happy, you will need to take action to align your personal energy with the vibration of happiness.  There’s a wealth of tools out there to help you do that.  Explore your options and create a lifestyle that reflects your personal preferences, and your natural tendencies. 

Personally, I recommend a healthy diet, regular exercise and daily meditation.  But you’ve got to find the right blend for you.  On this site you’ll find some resources that might be helpful.

I offer solutions for the body, mind and spirit and this includes a range of ayurvedic products to help with your physical, mental and emotional welfare.  For your spiritual well-being, I offer classes in meditation, plus some blog posts on the subject.  Resources also include e-programmes and other recommended reading.
