Week 1: Meditation as the Antidote to Stress

Instruction in Mantra Meditation

Week 2: Introduction to Chakra Energy System

Instruction in Chakra Balancing Medition

Week 3: Pranayama – using breath to help with meditation and stress

management

Week 4: Working with Intention and Affirmations

Week 5: Introduction to Visualisation & good visualisation practice

Week 6: Spot Meditations – when you just have one to five minutes,

or  want to meditate around a specific intention
