7 Week Pre-Natal Meditation Course

Modern science consistently produces reports endorsing the health benefits of the ancient practice of meditation.  People who make meditation a regular part of their lives experience a wide range of neurological, emotional, cardiovascular and immune system benefits.

In the case of pregnant women, the benefits are inseparably experienced by both mother and baby.

A new 7 week course will be run in Westport, Co. Mayo and online (via Skype).  You’ll practice a combination of meditation techniques and guided visualisations, to help you move through your pregnancy in a state of calm and overall wellbeing.

Week 6:

  • Guided Visualisation – Sending a particular message to your baby

 Week 7:
